My AI Front Desk is run by a named company, AI Front Desk, Inc., which publishes dated terms, a privacy policy and a Trust Center, as read on October 23, 2026.

The vendor's own pages also call the product Frontdesk, Frontdesk AI and AI Frontdesk.

My AI Front Desk terms on billing, refunds and cancellation

Section 10 of the terms bills the subscription in advance: $99 a month, billed monthly, or $79 a month, billed annually. A cancellation made in Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel runs to the end of the paid period.

Section 13 says refunds are generally not provided, and section 11 makes fees non-refundable except as required by law; exceptions are at the vendor's discretion. No money-back guarantee is published.

How My AI Front Desk handles call recordings and data

My AI Front Desk's Trust Center says call recordings and transcripts are not used to train shared AI models, while its terms and privacy policy let it use usage data and AI-generated content to improve its service, so ask for the data-use terms in writing.

Its Trust Center names Twilio for telephony, Deepgram for speech to text, OpenAI/Anthropic for the language model and AWS for hosting. Retention is set by the admin at 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, or 1 year, and deleting a call in My AI Front Desk does not delete the copy in a connected CRM.

The Trust Center also says it supports explicit consent gating, where the caller must confirm before recording begins, and a call continues without recording if consent is declined.

BAAs and compliance claims

My AI Front Desk's home page says it handles sensitive conversations "with signed BAAs" (business associate agreements), while another of its pages says formal compliance certifications are "in progress rather than complete". No page names the plan or price that includes a BAA, so get the BAA in writing.
